Oddly enough yes. It would appear that the OLAPI triggers are installed
and seeded on your DB, but you haven't installed OLAP?

Diable olapistartuptrigger and olapishutdowntrigger and the errors will
stop:

alter trigger olapistartuptrigger disable;
alter trigger olapishitdowntrigger disable;

and try again.
